A 16-year-old boy was shot and wounded by a gunman on a Citi Bike in The Bronx late Monday, cops said. The teen was walking at the intersection of Boston Road and Charlotte Street, just outside Crotona Park, around 9:20 p.m. when a group of males approached him — some of them on Citi Bikes, police said.
